This kit allows you to remove and refit your front number plate quickly whenever needed, such as for photos, track days or car meets. It is intended for off‑road use only. Your number plate must be fitted at all times when driving on UK roads, as required by law.
How it works
The kit uses two mounting points:
Plate side: high‑bond double‑sided tape
Bumper side: high‑bond double‑sided tape or optional screw fixings (two screws per mount, four total)
The tape alone is strong enough for all legal road speeds and has been tested over an extended period. Screws can be used if you want additional security, especially for high‑speed use.
Best suited for
This kit works best on cars with a front intake or fresh‑air cutout where the bumper has a flat, painted surface for the mounts to adhere to. If your bumper surface is uneven or textured, screws may be required. Please check the photos and ensure suitability before purchasing.
